I was sent the wrong personalised item (1 ordered 3 different "named" coasters. When I emailed to highlight one wrong item, the reply email was too standardised, not specific to my issue - but worse than that quite accusatory and requesting I prove that I had received the wrong item. On producing photographic evidence of this error, I was then emailed to say a replacement item will be sent out accordingly. Again this was a standard message - not specific to my case and certainly not apologetic for their error. Items good - service bad!
